There will be a work weekend at the clubhouse on Saturday, April 26^th, 2003. No firm agenda has been set on what work will be done.

In conjunction with the work weekend, the April 2003 meeting will take place at noon on Saturday. A light lunch and refreshments will be served.

A very important issue will be discussed at the May 18^th 2003 meeting. First, how the club plans to proceed with a recommendation from the new Ways and Means Committee. They have proposed that each dues paying member sell $50.00 in raffle tickets (five $10.00 tickets) twice a year. The sales will be mandatory, which means each member will have to pay for any unsold tickets. This means a potential cost of $100.00 per member if no tickets are sold.

Another important issue for May’s meeting agenda will be the by-laws. It was voted on and approved at the March 2003 meeting that a committee be formed to review and up date the club by-laws. The committee will consist of the Officers, Trustees and 1 or 2 members in good standing. Formation of the committee will be implemented. Suggestion for by-laws changes will be discussed.

Letters will be sent out the first week (hopefully) in April to all members who are delinquent with club dues. As always, club dues can be mailed to Chuck Wilkins The club treasurer. ALL members are reminded to keep up with their dues!
