In the absence of Cabin Committee Chairman T. McCarty, President Joe Conrey gave the following report:
The furnace fuel oil feed problem seems to be corrected. Occasionally the furnace will not start when the thermostat is calling for heat. Problem may be in the controls. Due to this problem, the electric heater will be placed in the small rest room to prevent pipes from freezing.

EXPENSES:
A check will be sent to Cabin Committee Chairman T. McCarty in the amount of $1200.00 to purchase supplies for Deer Week.
Connective Electric bill was paid 'on line' in the amount of $41.12.
INCOME:
Some Members present at the meeting brought their dues up to date.
OTHER:
Some Members are still delinquent with their dues. Action to be taken will be brought up under 'New Business".
MEMBERSHIP/APPLICATIONS/RESIGNATIONS: NONE
ELECTIONS:
President J. Conrey asked if there were any nominations from the floor for the 2004 Officers. Since there were none, a motion was made and passed that nominations be closed. The 2003 Officers will serve again in 2004.
OLD BUISNESS:
The Members present discussed Liability Insurance. Vice President S. Fitzsimmons presented two options:
Limited Coverage, where Members can make NO claims, only Guests.
Broad Coverage, where claims can be made by Members and Guests.
The Members present discussed the Broad Coverage option, which would cost the Club $18.00 per Member, per year. After a brief discussion, no action will be taken at this time.
The option of hiring a guide for Deer Week was again discussed. It was agreed by all that no action would be taken this year.
NEW BUISNESS:
A registered letter will be sent to Member G. Holmes who has been MIA and delinquent in his dues. He will have until December 1, 2003 to pay the balance of his dues or surrender his key.
