· Cabin Committee Chairman T. McCarty was absent. President Conrey reported that most of the April 19th & 20th Work Weekend projects were postponed due to rain. Mr. Don Osmun installed 4 new electrical outlets in the bunkrooms on Sunday, April 20.

After several letters to
Jerry Vassallo, he has failed to make payments on the well assessment, part of
his 2002 dues and all 2003 dues to date. A letter will be sent to him
requesting the return of his key and he will be removed from the membership.

C. Wilkins that 4 members
have not made any dues payment for 2003

Mike Tiskey has been removed
from the Club Membership.

OLD BUISNESS:
·
The recommendation from the
Ways and Means Committee for mandatory ticket sales was put to a vote. Final
vote was 28 opposed, 1 in favor. C. Wilkins mailed out 38 ballots and 19 were
returned. Mr. Wilkins noted that some of the returned ballots contained
additional comments from the members, none of which can be repeated here.

Well test shows that the
water is slightly acidic (low pH). Jack Moritz and Joe Conrey are working on
the installation of a water conditioner.
·
Final approval from the
State will not be issued until the old well shaft is permanently sealed. Joe
Conrey will follow up and make arrangements to resolve the issue.
·
Jack Moritz removed the oil
pump from the furnace and it will be repaired,
or more likely, replaced.
NEW BUISNESS:
·
The Monthly Meeting in June
will NOT be held due to
Fathers Day.
·
Next scheduled Monthly
Meeting will be JULY 20, 2003.
·
It was voted on and approved
that the Treasurer will pay the June bills.
OTHER BUISNESS:
·
Jeff Evans reported that his
boat is in the water and ready to go.
