· Mr. Wilkins reported that we are “looking good” financially.

· Mr. Wilkins read the names of members who have not paid any 2003 dues.

· Mr. Wilkins will pay the Woodland Twp. taxes when he receives the bill.

· Mr. Wilkins also noted that there is NO ‘Slush Fund’.

APPLICATIONS/MEMBERSHIP: None

ELECTIONS: N/A

OLD BUISNESS:

· J. Conrey is still working on the water and well approval from the State.

NEW BUISNESS:

· Mr. Wilkins and Mr. Hance suggested that a breakfast be served prior to a future monthly meeting. All members who attend would be asked to chip in a few dollars to offset the cost. The October meeting was suggested, but no final plans were made.

· Mr. J. Conrey suggested that the October meeting might be a good time to also have a workday and/or weekend. No final plans were set.

· Mr. Conrey will talk to Mr. Ryan to see about the availability of his wood splitter.

· There will be NO monthly meeting in August. The next scheduled monthly meeting will be SEPTEMBER 21, 2003 @ noon.

· A motion was made and approved for Mr.Wilkins to pay the August 2003 bills.

OTHER BUISNESS: Any member who has any firewood to donate should drop it off at the club.
