This is an identifying shot of the dress, taken at an exhibit. Note that it is not actually one dress, but two - an underdress and an elaborate cloak-style dress over the top. It is a pity that the scenes with this dress were cut from the movie, and that we have so little footage of it, because it really is quite a beautiful costume.Notice the stitching on the upper sleeves of the dress, as well as the gorgeous floral patterns apparent on the inner dress.
This is a close up of the embroidery of the outer dress's sleeve.
And here's the floral patterns on the inner dress. The bodice is a-line, tight fitted, and looks to be made of velvet. It splits just below the bust line, similar to Arwen's Angel Dress.
