"Koji The Super Saiyan"
"Get the woman one of those beans and get out of here!" Koji ordered the remaining heroes, and they responded in obedience.
"What makes you think any of your little posse of weaklings is leaving here alive, monkey-boy!" Xarlok roared as he turned to fire his finger bolts at the others.
Before Xarlok could accomplish that objective, Koji moved from his previous spot to stand right in front of Xarlok so fast that he seemed to teleport! Xarlok was astonished and shocked at Koji's newfound speed!
"What's this?" Xarlok exclaimed in shock, his eyes now widened with the realization of Koji's enhanced speed. "There's no way! This is impossible! How could you be that fast?"
Koji tore into Xarlok with a thunderously powerful flurry of punches to the head and torso, causing the Changeling to be driven back reeling from the fury of Koji's attack! Koji wasn't smiling this time, which was quite unusual for him; he seemed stoically focused on beating Xarlok into a pulp! After a brutal series of power-packed punches, Koji hammered Xarlok with a powerful kick, slamming the Changeling into the remains of the far wall and causing it to collapse on him! The audience began evacuating the colliseum as Xarlok pulled himself from the rubble he was buried beneath! He was bruised and bloodied from the fury of Koji's attack!
"This is impossible!" Xarlok muttered incredulously as he glared at Koji, noting his blond hair, his intimidating green eyes, and his golden, flaming energy aura. "Where did he get this kind of power?"
"What's the matter, clown?" Koji snarled at Xarlok tauntingly. "Are you scared? I thought you were the most powerful warrior in the universe! Come on! Let's see what you're made of!"
In his rage, Xarlok powered up a tremendous energy blast and fired it at Koji! Kien, Yoshio, and Yuen watched in horror as the powerful blast streaked towards Koji! As Yoshio held Yuko in his arms, Yuen put a hand on Kien's shoulder and one on Yoshio's shoulder and used his instant transmission technique to remove them all from harm's way! The blast slammed into Koji and exploded like a small nuclear bomb! When the smoke cleared, Koji was still unharmed by the attack, surprising Xarlok and frightening him as well!
In the place where the space ships were parked, the others rematerialized. Kien was stunned by the sudden change of scenery. Yoshio was relieved as he gently lowered his wounded sister to the ground.
"What happened?" Kien inquired in complete surprise, still trying to figure out what had transpired.
"The instant transmission technique," Yuen informed Kien, calming the startled Namek. "It's a handy technique. Koji wants to battle Xarlok on his own. It will be up to us to see to the safe evacuation of the arena."
"I've got to give Yuko a senzu bean first!" Yoshio replied as he took a bean from his pouch and placed it into Yuko's mouth. "Here, Yuko. Try to swallow this. It's a senzu bean."
"Let's get started on the evacuation of the arena, Kien," Yuen said asYuko chewed the bean and swallowed it down.
Yuen and Kien went off to get the evacuation of the arena started, leaving Yoshio to tend to his sister.
Meanwhile, Koji still stood his ground before the startled Changeling Xarlok! Xarlok couldn't believe his eyes, and his shock turned to rage! He charged up a pair of kienzan disk attacks in preparation to attack!
"Okay, monkey-boy! It's time to finish this!" Xarlok yelled as he prepared to launch his attacks at Koji. "Die, you filthy Saiyan! Die!"
Xarlok threw both disks at Koji, but Koji seemed unconcerned! Koji fired a rapid-fire energy assault at the incoming disks with both hands, peppering both disks relentlessly until they exploded like small nuclear devices, blowing debris across the landscape for quite some distance! When everything cleared, both fighters were hovering in the air in a staredown!
"So, you've become a lot stronger and faster in this new form!" Xarlok noted aloud between himself and Koji. "What happened to you? What are you? And how did you get so powerful?"
"You, moron!" Koji mocked the mighty Changeling with great confidence. "Have you never heard of the legend of the Super Saiyan?"
"Super Saiyan?" Xarlok remarked with a hint of confusion. "But that was just a myth! It can't be true!"
"But it is!" Koji replied with a cocky smile on his face. "The legend is true, and now I have risen to claim the legendary status of my warrior race!"
"Is it true?" Xarlok thought to himself in disbelief and amazement. "Can the legend really be true? Is he really a Super Saiyan? No! He can't be! It can't be true! He's bluffing! It's just some desperate ploy to buy his friends some more time to escape, but it won't work!"
Xarlok smiled evilly, and Koji noted that with some interest. The lightning continued to flash in the pitch black sky in the background.
"You might be able to hold your own against me right now, but you won't stand a chance when I power up to one hundred percent of my maximum power!" Xarlok declared. "Your Saiyan blood must be craving that challenge, Koji! Let's see if you can handle it, what do you say?"
"Go ahead," Koji replied with a smile. "Knock yourself out. It won't make any difference. I'm still going to destroy you!"
Xarlok tensed his muscles again, and a massively flaring red glow surrounded his body as he began to generate even more energy! Xarlok's muscle mass began increasing dramatically as electricity crackled around his body and energy aura! Koji observed this with growing interest!
Meanwhile, Kien and Yuen continued to evacuate the arena of the spectators when they suddenly turned their attention towards the place where Xarlok was powering up! They couldn't believe what they were sensing!
"It's unbelievable!" Yuen cried in astonished terror as he sensed Xarlok's increasing power. "His energy is growing beyond Koji's! There's no way! He can't really be that strong!"
"I can't believe it either!" Kien muttered aloud in incredulous disbelief. "It's unreal, but he is more powerful than Koji! His maximum power is bigger than Koji's! We're all doomed!"
Back at the battle, Xarlok's lengthy power-up finally completed, and the terrible Changeling was pumped up with massive muscles! Koji noted this enhancement with curiosity! Xarlok smiled even more evilly than before!
"Now, are you ready to die?" Xarlok inquired in his taunting fashion as his tail twitched behind him.
"Do you really think you can kill me?" Koji inquired in his supreme confidence. "Then give it a shot!"
Xarlok flew at Koji again, and the two mighty warriors engaged in another intense skirmish! Their renewed clash was more vigorous and more intense than any previous engagement thus far! The ground shook violently beneath the powerful warriors as they fought, and lightning flashed across the pitch black sky as their attacks echoed like rapid-fire thunderclaps across the landscape! Their flaring energy auras even clashed between them, and electricity crackled at the point of tension!
After several moments of such close fighting, Xarlok broke away from the fight and seemed to be fleeing skyward! Koji grimaced in frustrated anger and pursued the Changeling! Xarlok suddenly turned back towards Koji and dove straight into Koji's midsection with a side kick, knocking the breath out of the mighty Super Saiyan and stunning him momentarily! Xarlok then followed that up by hammering Koji with a two-fisted smash, slamming him back into the ground from high above with a thunderous, crater-forming impact!
Koji rose out of the crater and looked up to see Xarlok firing a powerful energy blast at him! Xarlok grinned as he launched the blast at Koji! Koji grimaced as he braced himself for the impact! Koji began with a drawn-out yell as he extended his hands upwards to meet the incoming blast, charging up an energy attack at the end of his extended hands! When his yell reached a crescendo, he fired his power blast into Xarlok's blast, and the two attacks began pushing against each other forcefully! The entire planet seemed to shake under the strain of their awesome power! Rocks and pebbles began rising from the ground as the blasts struggled against each other, and some of the smaller stones and the pebbles spit in the air as they rose! Huge rocks erupted out of the ground and many rocks exploded! The entire arena began to crumble in the wake of their power!
"Don't you see?" Xarlok taunted as he and Koji continued to clash. "I am unstoppable! You die! They die! Still I live on! I am supreme now! No one can match my power! I am lord of the universe now!"
"You are a fool!" Koji retorted in steeled determination. "Just as a Saiyan defeated Frieza, just as I defeated your weakling offspring twice before finishing him off, I will defeat you!"
"You stupid fool!" Xarlok snarled in angry response as he grimaced in partial rage and in partial exertion. "No pitiful joke of a warrior like you can ever defeat me! No Saiyan can ever defeat me! I am supreme lord of all the universe! No one is my equal! No one can challenge my power!"
"You shouldn't make such foolish claims without the proper research to back them up!" Koji taunted. "It only makes you look all the more foolish when you have to eat your own words!"
The two warriors yelled as they continued to clash their energy blasts against each other! The incredible special effects of their raw power continued, and the planet trembled under the strain of the awesome energies being released! Kien and Yuen are even more incredulous as a result!
"No!" Kien cried in desperate fear and grim anticipation. "They're going to destroy the entire planet if they don't stop this soon!"
"This is incredible!" Yuen exclaimed as he trembled in awe of the power he was sensing. "I've never felt such power before in my life! It's unbelievable! They're so strong!"
Xarlok's blast began pushing back Koji's blast slowly, moving the point of tension towards the struggling Super Saiyan! Koji grimaced in strained exertion to fend off the power of the Changeling! Xarlok seemed to be winning this contest of power! With a sudden burst of adrenaline, Koji reached down deeper inside him and found a sudden power surge, forcing Xarlok's blast back towards him!
Reacting immediately to this change in fortunes, Xarlok disappeared from his previous position and reappeared right in front of Koji while Koji's blast overwhelmed the blast of the Changeling! Xarlok's speed placed him in a tremendous position of advantage, and he took full advantage of it by kicking Koji right in the face, knocking the Saiyan skyward! With another burst of speed, Xarlok placed himself in the path of the hurtling Saiyan, and he pounded Koji with a diving knee to the torso, driving him into the ground with a crater-forming, thunderous impact before leaping out of that crater himself to wait for the Saiyan to emerge! When Koji rose from out of the crater to continue his fight against Xarlok, Xarlok nailed him with a powerful energy blast before flying high over the Saiyan's position! When the explosion subsided, Koji uncrossed his arms from in front of his face and looked up to see Xarlok generating a deathball!
"It's over, Saiyan!" Xarlok yelled in overconfidence before throwing his deathball at Koji. "I'm destroying you and this entire planet now!"
Xarlok threw the deathball towards Koji, and Koji landed on the ground to prepare for the attack! Koji extended his hands towards the incoming deathball and grimaced as he prepared for the collision! The deathball made contact with Koji's hands, and Koji began yelling in the exerted effort to resist Xarlok's planet-threatening attack! Meanwhile, Xarlok just laughed as the planet shuddered violently and continuously beneath the strain of resisting the awesome power, and the same special effects from the previous clash of energy attacks returned but in greater measure!
