Special People
back home
Let's start with the most important of them all. My Tommy. I don't know where I'd be today without him. It's funny that I used to hate him in high school. When we were paired as lab partners in college I knew we were meant to be together. I never knew I could love anyone as much as I love him.
Why I love him: He's always there for me, never judgemental, and is always looking out for me. He's never scared to be himself. He has the biggest heart of anyone I know and he is loyal to friends and family. He's just a big bunch of goodness.
Without these people, I would not be the person I am today.
Michelle (right) and Lindsay (left). Where to begin? I would be dying in the middle of a forest if I didn't have these two wonderful women in my life.
Why I love them: They have literally been there for me for the times all I wanted to do was cry and for the times that I laughed so hard I was peeing my pants. In this picture we crimped our hair. We are always finding inventive ways to have fun. They remind me not to grow up too fast and to enjoy life's every moment.
Emmy. My roomate my freshman year of college and a best friend ever since.
Why I love her: Emmy has more energy than anyone I know, and she always works extra hard to cheer me up when I'm in a bad mood. Our favorite moments were spent dancing around and singing in our room when we were sick of studying.I know that I can count on her for anything. She has so much faith in me it's amazing.
My roomies (from left) Sue, Shuster, and Ann. We decided to have a powersuite this year and tested out friendship because we were all living on top of one another.
Why I love them: They make college bearable. Between all the classes and tests and squabbles we managed to have tons of fun. They are very motivated, and I know each one of them will be successful in anything they put their minds to.
