| When I was born... |
| I don't like my hands to be swaddled...I like to be free to examine them! I like to suck my thumb already, probably something I did while in Mommy's belly. I can hold my head up for some brief moments. I like to fall asleep while nursing and it is VERY hard for Mommy to wake me! When I am awake while I eat, I keep one eye closed, just for the sleeping affect. It took me until 8pm the day after I was born to do my first poopy, signifying that it was ok for me to come home from the hospital. I sound like a cat when I cry. I am so tiny, the newborn diapers don't fit me that well! I like to look at everything with big eyes, especially lights. I really don't like to have my sponge bath, probably because I hate to be cold and naked! I do however, enjoy my sun bath every day for 20 minutes to reduce my levels of billiruben. For the most part, I eat, sleep and cry when I am having a bad case of colic. |
