How To Stay Young
-throw out nonessential numbers including age, height, and weight. let the dr worry about them...that is y u pay them.
-keep only cheerful friends...the grouches pull u down
-keep learning. learn about the computer, crafts, gardening, w/e. never let the brain idle. an idle mind is the devil's workshop and the devils name is alheimzer.
-enjoy the simple things
-laugh often, long and loud. laugh until u gasp for breath.
-tears happen. endure, grieve and move on. the only person who is w/ us our entire life is ourselves. b alive while u are alive.
-surround urself w/ what u love....family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, w/e. ur home is ur refuge.
-cherish ur health. if is it good preserve it. if it is unstable improve it. if it is beyond what u can improve get help.
-dont take quilt trips. take a trip to the mall, to a town, to a foriegn country but not to where the guilt is.
-tell the ppl u love that u love them at every oppurtunity |
