Pocono '05:

18 left front tires blown?

TIRES
Left Front problems

Brian Vickers had a right rear problem.

That's a total of 18 left fronts and 19 total tires. YIKES!

Goodyear's tire officials say the following things caused this

Partway through the race, Walt Smith *DEI's Pit crew cordinator* swapped Shawn and Chris off of the 8 crew with Robbie and Danny off of the 15 crew which made me think. How many crew members can I name per crew off by heart? I got 5 for Martin, 4 for Mikey & 4 for Jr.

CAR NICKNAMES FOR THE WEEKEND

Jenny was the car Martin ran at Nashville; DW nicknamed Jr's car "Jackrabbit" and my popa called mikey's the "Dead hare" due to running up front then back. Yet I think it came back alive since he got a good finish. GOOD JOB MIKEY!
