Statement:
What we believe and why.
The Scriptures - The Bible is the inspired word of God. The Bible, the product of men who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
The Godhead - There is one true God composed of the father, son, and holy spirit.  All of which are co-equal and eternal. Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh and the second member of the Godhead. Holy Spirit, indwells in the body after salation. The father, God and greater of all.
Mans fall into sin - Man was created in God's image. He fell and his only hope is in Jesus Christ, the son of the living God.
Salvation of Man - Man's only hope is through the shed blood of Jeus Christ. On the cross, Jesus Christ provided salvation and forgivness for all mankind. This salvation comes by believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confession with your mouth, Jesus is Lord. Salvation is by faith in Jeus Christ and not by works; however, our works should be evidence of our faith and will determine our rewards in eternity. However, just doing them with no confessssion will not get you to heaven.
Baptism - A symbol of the Christian's identification with Christ in HIs death, burial, and resurrection. Will not give you savation. It is only a symbol.
Born in the Holy Ghost - Being "born again" also known as salvation.
Communion- The celebration of the Lord's Supper by eating of the bread and drinking of the cup. It is a remembrance of Jesus' death  untill His return.
The Church - The church is the Body of Christ. Each believer is an integral part. The people make the church, not the building.
Resurrection of the Just and the Return of Our Lord - His coming is imminent. When He comes, "...the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air..." Following the Tribulation, He shall return to the earth as King of kings, and Lord of lords, and together with His saints, He shall reign a thousand years.
Hell and Eternal Retribulation - The one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the lake of fire and has no opportunity of hearing the gospel or repenting. The lake of fire is literal. Or "eternal" and "everlasting", used ined in describing the duration of punishment of the damned in the lake of fire, carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence as used in dentiong of joy and happiness of saints in the Presence of God our Father.
