Links, Adoptions and other junk
[don't you love me anymore?]
The first link I need to mention is SPARKNOTES.COM. This is an invaluable resource for anything related to literature, and quite frankly I'm very surprized that you came here first, rather than there. Their parent .com, the spark is very good for entertainment while you're stalling as well, as is evidenced by the below.
After I mention the first link, I have to gloat that I am #4 on the AOL search engine. Yeehaw!
allshakespeare.com- This site is really, really good for people who are going to have to do a lot of Shakespeare papers, ie: lit majors. Otherwise, the information is rather superficial unless you purchase the 'passports' to access it. There are several passports, they expire after (last I used them) a month, and are $5 a pop. Try sparknotes first.
Questia- This site is tailored to the student and is an overall good research site. Membership is almost $20, though, but they are always having 'sign up now and get a chance to win a ____!' promotions, so unless your need is dire, use other sources or have somebody else write your paper and wait for the promotion to sign up. I'm not sure how long their membership lasts, but I haven't been kicked out yet.
shakespearenet- A site very like my own! If you're looking for more info on Shakespeare himself, Julius Caesar, Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing, or Romeo & Juliet, this is the place to be. She gives much more character analysis than I do and is far further along than I am. Her style is a lot more formal than mine is, though. No editorialization. Very nice, though. The girl who runs it also knows a lot more HTML than I do, obviously. And JAVA! Wow.
savageshakespeare- an online community. I'm sure if you ask nicely they'll give you teeny bits of help with Shakespeare. I also think that some of the topics discussed make very good paper subjects.
- This is a fanfiction crossover between Hamlet and Slayers. I found it hilarious, since I'm a fan both of Shakespeare and anime. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then you might just choose to not go. I dunno. It DOES help if you know the characters, but I think it'd be funny anyway.
For more info than this on Shakespeare, I suggest you go look at your local friendly search engine, such as dmoz.org or google.com or lycos.com or yahoo.com or altavista.com.

And now for the places I like to go, or, where to go to procrastinate while you're working. Yes, we here at Ayako-fied Shakespeare've even provided you with things to procrastinate with! Actually, I'm probably more skilled at procrastinating than I am at doing anything with Shakespeare. But then, that was obvious from the start, wasn't it.
Chibi's art site. Her style is REALLY NICE, and I'm amazed at how great an artist she is. She even made me a banner, because she knows how awful my graphics are. And yes, that is why she's listed first. Make me a banner, maybe I'll list you, too. :P
Another Chibi thing... but this time, her name is STANKANNICA! WOO! I dunno. I think it's hilarious. One of my other good close friends is in there, too. They're so cute. Aw. DAME EDNA!
The Luscher Color Quiz. EERILY accurate. Fun for all. You go there from here I get props, y0, so go. Thanks lots. :B
livejournal- where I waste my time having a journal! It's the best journal service I've seen, but everybody knows this. Right now, their servers are always down. They have to buy a new server like once every two weeks. rockadelic, though.
Red Meat Comics- Ha ha ha ha HA. This guy cracks me up. The humor's a little dark, but I think it's hilarious. plug plug plug.
My friend BJ's comic. It's hilarious, but you have to go back to the beginning of the comics to get what's going on. A very nice boredom combatant.
Sailor Moon Dark! I'm a big huge anime fan, and Laurel is a kind-of buddy of mine. ^^ It's a really nice fan season, and very entertaining. I stall there aaaall the time.
B-chan's Sailor Moon site. Also has cosplay and Utena stuff in there. She's my buddy how Laurel is, but Bunny sent me a Christmas card, and Laurel didn't.
This can only be the most entertaining way to procrastinate I've ever seen. I have special interest, because I happen to be an oboist. But you don't have to take it from me. According to my friend Ben, "hours of amusement with a straw and 'skissors!'"
Adoptions. They're just so darn cute.
