EXCITING NEW FROM KILLEEN TEXAS
Just had to share with this family.
This morning during the invitation hymn at church our future son in law went forward to talk to our pastor. He had already preplan it with the pastor. After we had 5 people join he came forward and asked to talk to the church. He went back to where my daughter Jenny was sitting and asked her to marry him and gave her a ring as you can see below. I don't think there was a dry eye in the place. Dennis Nesser told me just before church that he was doing that. He knew I would have a hard time keeping that news. I am glad he waited as excited as I was. I couldn't look their way knowing what was about to happend. He is just a great man and we are very proud for them. He loves the boys and he has one that is 9 too.
We will have 4 grandsons. God is so good. The wedding will probably be in June of next year so we have plenty of planning time. I will for sure do the cake and all of the flowers.
Here is a picture of Dennis and Jenny. *picture on home page* Their smiles and sparkle have indeed made our day. He said being in the church is a part of the live and there was no other place for them to be engaged at.
