Well we finally got to men�s warehouse to look at tuxes. We have chosen a classic one button black tux with bow tie, cummerbum, very classic look. Have gotten most of the kids fitted, have to wait on Wyatt they don�t want to measure then he grow and we have to reorder. Will be bringing all down in April to get them fitted.
Bought candles for the wedding (pink and white) had to go to 3 different Hobby Lobby stores to get enough. LOL�.Dennis just smiles and says yes dear remember your budget.
In big trouble right now with Dennis, I lost my wedding rings. I put them up and now I cant find them. I have torn the house apart looking for them.
April (the busiest month yet)
Got the invitations all addressed and stamped ready to go. Still have a few to get addresses on but over all they are ready to go out.
The beginning of April...... TUXES��grrrrrrrr we had decided that Dennis would buy one since there are several affairs that will be attending during the year that we would need a black tie for. Well we picked one out. He went to try it on and it looked awful, they ordered him another one and that too looked awful. When he went to get help he was told to just go and try on one anyone from the rack. Well we were upset by this treatment. You know after renting 4 tuxes and at least four more from outside our family you would think they would be a little more helpful. We cancelled our order.
Also hit another sale at Hobby Lobby got napkins (pink) for the reception. I will be stamping on those. I am trying to save money in any way possible. Bought pink table cloths, candles, beads, glass holders for candles and told dad I wasn�t going to buy anything else till the week of the wedding
Invitations went out mid april. Took only a day or two for people to start getting them. The wonderful post office is soooooo smart. They have stamped several wrong. Stamp with the address on the front but they did their stamp mark on the back over the return label and sent it back to me! GRRRRRR. Several more have come back but they were my mistakes.
I have also made little boxes for people coming to our rehearsal dinner Friday night before the wedding. That will be the big fan-fair since we are not having a luncheon or dinner during the wedding. WE have a lot of family coming in from out of state. If you are one of them and need a hotel please get with Dennis or Jenny on this information. WE have reserved some rooms already but they are about half gone already.
Dad has been working on flowers, flowers, and more flowers! They are looking beautiful. He is about half done with them. We have a few more days this month. I would like to try and have them done by the end of this month.
I have officially resigned from my job, effective May 27, 2006. It will be hard leaving because I really love my job this year. I am really looking forward to being a MOM full time though.
YEAHHHHHHHHHH after months and months of looking��.. We have a HOUSE!!!!!!!!!! One that is big enough for all of us��..lol and a huge back yard to kick the boys into as well! We have been praying for this and have had people praying as well�..WE are hoping to close on the house the week of the wedding. (April continued on next page)
