| The day of our wedding I missed you so much I needed the warmth and feel of your touch I couldn't wait to see you I looked through the blinds and there you were down below You were so handsome in that ivory tux in front of that amazing fireplace You looked so confident and sure of yourself, while I was still so nervous When I started walking down that aisle towards you My heart filled with joy and anticipation at the thought of spending the rest of my life with you You were the only one I saw, it was like we were the only people there Then you looked at me and said you are so beautiful and I saw a tear of love in your eyes Then and there, I almost started to cry as I knew you would love me for the rest of your life Then I read my vows to you, the special ones that took months to find As I said those words to you, I gave them power and the power of them made me start to cry I almost couldn't finish them, the love in my heart was so raw and strong I finally had to look away from you so that I could finish my vows because the love in your eyes was so powerful and strong I meant every word that I said to you on that day and I always will until my dying day I hope at the end that we are still together because a love like ours should really last forever Please always know that I love you now and forever copyrighted by Amy L.
