NORMAL STUFF Name: Tsumetai Judai Age: 50,000 (appears 5) Alliance (good, neutral, evil): good Hair (color, style): Black, Short Eye color: Pale blue General Body Description: Both Tsumetai and Sailor Sedna are no taller than 3'2 with pale blue eyes and short black hair. Her appearance is and will likely forever remain very childlike due to her planet's slow rotation around the sun. Place of Birth/Hometown: Personality: Tsu-chan is a paradox; she says and does things that no one would expect someone of her size to do. She's not afraid to talk to anyone, and will be the first to come to someone's defense. However, at times she has trouble with relating to others, because she is far older than anyone thinks she is. Thankfully, she has a good amount of patience, which balances out her perfectionist attitude. |

For more powerful foes, only the slow-down would work, if at all. Frozen Winds-A blizzard-type attack. It isn't so much powerful as it is cold, because the planet Sedna is so far from the sun. Frozen Preservation-An icy cold blast that can encase someone or something entirely in ice, and leave that person or thing virtually undamaged. BACKGROUND Her planet lies far beyond Pluto, far beyond Planet X/Nemesis, at the edge of our solar system. It is one of a few objects located in what is called the Kuiper belt. Because of its distance from the sun, Sedna has been all but forgotten until recently. The planet itself takes a little over 10,000 years to orbit the sun, which is why it is both very cold and why its inhabitants appear very young. Few know of Sedna's existence, and despite its distance from the other planets, it actually does have a variety of inhabitants living there. Sailor Sedna is known as 'the distant one' due to her planet's distance from the others and her rare appearances. |
