I'd have to be rational, maybe some food, ways of communication, and some basic tools.

A bom- er...I mean, weapons, a hiding place, and some source of power.
My shoes, some healing potions, and some white magic defense.
My legos, my laser gun, and high-tech tools!
My keepsakes, some photos, and some trinkets to pass the time.
Easy. Some seeds for growing food, my magic staff, and a tent.
