Woodfall Temple:

1. Directly in front of Link as he enters the dungeon.
2. From the entrance fly to the platform on the right and open the chest.
3. In the second room, with the large flower object in the middle, run down the
    ramp and kill the piranha flower.
4. Once again in the 2nd room, on the platform with the 5 pots in the corner.
5. Defeat the spider in the corner of the push block room.

7. In the flower room. Fly over to the switch as Deku
    Link and depress the switch as normal Link. A chest will appear near the
    entrance.
8. Floating in a pink bubble in the flower room after you defeat the mini-boss
    and get the boss key.
9. In the push block room after you turn the water normal. Swim under the
    middle walkway.
10. In a beehive next to the door where you fight the Gekko.
11. Kill all the Black Boes. A chest will appear.
12. In the final room before the boss. In a pink bubble in the fire. Use an arrow
      to pop it and then use the Fairy Mask to lure it.
13.In the same room on one of the ledges to the right of the door.
14. Again in the same room, on another ledge to the right of the entrance.
15. In the same room but to the left of the entrance on a ledge.

Snowhead Temple:

1. In the room where Goron Link spins across the bridge. It is in a globe under
    a ledge.
2. In the same room, in a bubble inside a pillar.
3. In the lower room with the lava pools. Step on the switch and use Goron
    Link to open the chest.
4. In the room where you obtain the dungeon map.
5. Acquire the fire arrows and return to the same room. Shoot the eye to make
    the center platform raise.Use the lens of truth to see steps. Climb them and
    open the chest.
6. Inside the first small key room, use the fire arrows to melt ice around the
    block and switch. Use the switch to make the chest appear and then push
    the block so Link can reach it.
7. In the same room toss a bomb at the box on top of the pillar.
8. In the same room, push the block so you can jump onto the oppposite ledge
     go through the door and jump over the opposite ledge to reach the chest.
9. In the room with the pillars with frozen blocks on top of them. Use the
    Bunny Hood to leap into the hidden ledge.
10. In the small puzzle room with the round pillars you can step on, use the
     Lens of Truth to see the bubble at the ceiling.
11.Melt all the enemies in the room through the green door.
12.Found behind a hidden wall in the room with the snowball creatures before
     the lizard room.
13 and 14. Kill both lizards in the room before the boss key.
15. In the room with the giant pillar, use the lens of truth to see a hidden room.
      Use the lens of truth to see it.

Great Bay Temple:

1. Light the 4 torches in the room where the turtle drops you off.
2.Underwater in a bubble in the next room.
3.In a spider high up in the corner in the same room.
4. In the room with the big propeller at the bottom in a bottle.
5. In a large barrel in the same room.
6. In the room where you get the map. Shoot a bottle with the hookshot.
7. In the hallway leading up to the room where you get the 1st small key. Kill
    all the plants.
8. In a pot in the waterway where you obtain the first small key.
9. In the room where you turn the green crank. Make an ice platform by the          yellow pipes and hookshot your way up to he ceiling.
10. In the room with the 2nd water wheel. Stop the wheel and hookshot
     yourself to the chest while standing on one of the blades.
11. In the same room, hookshot to the torch while standing on the horizontal
      platform.
12. Found in the room with the teeter totters. Have Zora Link swim under the
      1st one.
13.In the same room have Zora Link follow the green pipe to south of the
     crank and drop into a caged off area.
14. In the room right before the boss. In a bubble under the green crank.
15. In the same room in the tunnel leading back to the propeller room.

Stonetower Temple:

1.Located in the 1st room of the normal temple. Shoot the switch eye and
   hookshot to the chest.
2. Found in the room with the first small key. Look at the ceiling.
3. In the room where you align the mirrors with the light. Shine light into the
    sun panel.
4. In the same room behind the sun block.
5. In the lava room. Go into the lava as Goron Link and stomp the switch.
    Quickly rool to the foot switch on the other side to the room to make a chest
    appear.
6. In the same room, on a ledge to the left of the door.
7. Defeat the Eyegore after the battle with the Garo Master.
8. In the water room where you get the 2nd small key. Hit the far switch with
    a bomb and then shoot the sun block with a light arrow.
9. Found in the entrance room after the invert the temple, you have to shoot the
     sun switch.
10. Located in the version of the formally water room.
11. In the same room.
12. In the room where you fight the teleporting wizard.
13-15. After you complete the inverted version of the temple, switch it back to
           normal to find these as hookshot targets the Link made.
