Pink Sugar Heart Attack!
Minni Moon spins in circles with "pink sugar" falling from her heart wand. A beam of hearts then shoot from the wand, but only in a short distance. This attack also never works on the first try and mearly annos the enemy...VERY funny!

An upgrade from Pegasus. Minni Moon calls
on Pegasus for help to protect dreams and
rings her bell. This summons Pegasus so that
Sailor Moon can use Gorgeous Meditation.

Especially in the first season when she appears, Sailor Moon R (Returns), Rini is a huge brat. She poses as Serena's sister by hypnotizing Serena's family with her umbrella. What's her reason? To find her mother (Serena, but Rini didn't think so because Serena seamed so mean compared to her real mother) and to got the Silver Crystal from her. She isn't a Sailor Soldier untill accouple episodes into the "S" season when she comes back from the 30th century to train as the Future Sailor Moon...Or does she? Sure, that is true, but what's truer is the fact that she was sent to make some friends that she didn't have. She ends up meeting Hotaru (Sailor Saturn) in a park after her hat flies from her head and Hotaru, who was reading, chased it down for her. They became best friends after that.
She takes on the characteristics of her mother--she is short for her age. All of her friends are bigger than her, and this includes her enemies. Since her attack never works the first time and/or never even reaches the enemy (side-splitting funny!), she often almosts attacks herself by repeating the command and looking at it. It is the same with the enemy--they are not the least intiminated by her and never expecter her attack...which only annoys the enemy more than harm them. In "Super S," Rini falls in love with Helios, the Guardian of the Golden Crystal and protecter of dreams, who was captured and turned himself to Pegasus to escape, using her dream light to guide him. By the end she is nothing of the brat she started out to be, because she was no longer confused...even though she had enough fights with Serena to give anyone a headache!
