One of the Best
We shared so many secrets
We shared so many tears
Our friendship was growing stronger
Each and every year
She was a really close friend
One of the best I’ve ever had
But as time went on things changed
And the truth was really sad
We still remain good friends
But I feel we’re growing apart
Although I see her everyday
She’s missed within my heart
She has made new friends
& I have made some too
We talk less & less everyday
& there’s nothing I can do
Every single night I pray
That God will make her see
That I really want her friendship back
Because she means a lot to me
