We’ve been friends for quite a while
You always knew how to make me smile
You’ve been by me through happiness & pain
You fill a gap inside me I just can’t explain
I’ve been acting like it’s no big deal
But inside I’m dying to tell you how I feel
It was all plain fun in the start
But things got different when you stole my heart
Now everything around me seems to change
And nothing I do feels the same
I get butterflies in my stomach everytime we meet
You’re smile makes my heart skip a beat
You’re the closest person to my heart
I hope & pray that we’ll never part
My love for you is very strong
And being with you can’t be wrong
But now that you know my love is there
I just need to know if you care?
