started out as friends
We got to know each other
Growing up together through the years
Never thought we’d end up lovers

I thought those things can only
grow better with time
the touch of your hands
the look in your eyes
Imagine how hard it’ll be
Just to say goodbye
Wish we could remain
that we didn’t have to go

but quit thinking it was too far
