Layaways!
We have a 30 days layaway systm, which allow you to have 30 days payment to pay off the dress. No refund or exchange! You will lose your deposit if you don't pay off and pick up your dress within 30 days of the first payment. Your dress will go back to the floor.
SCHOOL REGISTRATION!
We register both stores to every dresses we sold during winterformal, prom, ROTC ball, and girls league. Therefore, we don't sell the same dress to the same school event.
SPECIAL ORDER!
In order to make a special order, customer is required to make a deposit of 50% of the dress. The special order dress does not cost more, unless customer request a rush shipment. Customer will have to pay for the rush shipment cost. If the company have your dress available, It'll arrive at our store less then a week. Otherwise, the ship date will be noted.
GROUP ORDER!
Group order are similar to special order. We offer group order of 3-5 people, will recieve 10% off each. If group is greater then 6 people, we offer each person 15% off. We can not make any order until everyone in the group made a deposit of 50% of the dress.
ALTERATION!
Our in-house alterations provide fast service one-hour pick up! Designs By Casey have our own steamstress working on the spot during open hours. Any adjustment or alteration need to done will be extra charge to the steamstress. The cost of the alteration will varies, depends on what needed to be fix. Alteration will not be done until the dress and alteration fee is paid in full! Alteration can be done in a week or lesser. We do not make dresses. ..
