- Tara was on Nickelodeon GAS this morning showing her playing tennis in '99.

02/13/02 - Tara was on the Entertainment Tonight, for the sencond time today, to talk about the Canadian pairs team.
- Tara is on large Kleenex displays in some grocery stores and well as others. The picture used is the same one as in the magazine ads. They are selling Olympic Kleenex boxes under her picture. Check a picture here.
- Ticketmast is giving away an autographed SOI poster signed by the cast. Check it out here.

02/10/02 - Tara should be fine with her injury in about a week shince she had an MRI and it didn't show anything abnormal.
- Tara is on the cover of IFS Magazine! Check them out at Angie's site, here. These photos were taken at Tara's house in Texas.
Last night, clips of Tara's Olympic long program were in a segment called "Adverstising Olympians" on Access Hollwood on NBC. They were advertising athletes to get better ratings. Plus, after the Olympics there was more clips of Tara's long program too on NBC. Keep an eye out.
-Tara was in People In the News on CNN during the segment "Where Are They Now?". It was only 4 minutes long, talking about her winning the gold medal and her career now.

02/07/02 - The new Office Depot commerical Tara is in was aired on February 5th.
- Tara is mentioned in a Michelle Kawan article in Sports Illustrated for Kids...
"Michelle's long program was technically solid but not daring enough. She skated a B+ program when she needed an A. Meanwhile, teammate Tara Lipinski skated like a kid set free in Candyland. Her performance was jumping, joyful, and full of life. Tara took the gold medal. Michelle graciously accepted the silver, but she felt crushed inside."

02/04/02 - Tara is hurt! Tara had a nasty fall while doing a jump Friday night in St. Louis during the American Tribute program. Now she has a "baseball-sized bruise on the bad hip. She is going to try to perform the shows left on tour befor the Olympic bread, then take time off to heal.
