Back to My Writings
She is in the water I drink
Wading towards me
In somber overture
She is in the shoes I wear
As I leave for a night on the town
She is the little flower
Growing in the alley next to my work
And she is the music that I hear
Sounding from the bar to the streets
And even though I know these things would have
Been so much easier without you
I know I would lose myself all over again
Even if it was to have you just one more night

She is always haunting me
And there is nothing I can do now
