It's a spiral fracture
Your arm hangs lifeless and bruised
All serene and beautiful
Dirty from the cellar floor
I can tell it hurts you
Because you're crying
Feel the piercing sensation all throughout your body
Enjoy every moment of it
I know you do
I can see it in your watery eyes
Maybe the pain is traveling through your veins
Through flesh and internal organs
Passing through the esophagus
Trying to communicate
Saying somthing profound I'm sure
Some might say that you're in need of medical attention
Doctors might need to set the bone back into place
Maybe they would need to put stitches
Where it had protruded through the skin
And tend to the lacerations covering your body
The burns from the saudering iron as well
I know you won't attest to it
But I think you enjoyed the saudering iron at most
I would imagine they would probably send you to a therapist too
After all the things I've done for you
But I know you won't be getting any of the treatments
They would require you to have
Because I know that I'm not going to let you go
And I'm not going to stop doing these things to you
You're not going to live through the night
