Back to My Writings
I watched the ocean swallow the sun
With my feet burried under the sand
In my sweet haven, serenity
She holds her breath as she devours
I confess to her wonders and grace
As the wind howls like a ghost in flames
I'm a starburst love letter gone bland
I remember how it felt so wrong
The petals of a soft white rose
And I can feel her pale white noise
Through a night dressed in your shadow
Sickness is like the crescent moon
Smiling down from the heavens
...I don't get much sleep anymore
