She is there in psychadelic ribbons
Different colors entwined with her hair
She is so happy
She is smiling
O child, why are you smiling?
There is nothing funny anymore
Your always smiling
Dogs were barking last night
Dogs were scavenging for my sun bleached bones
Our facial features highlighted by the sun
Always maddening
Keeping me awake
Barking and howling at the full moon
Like the pierceing of the war drum
That is sounding in my head
The pressure that is against my skull
The neighborhood dogs are driving me insane
And all I can see is her smiling face
I wish I could die under the eyes of the nightt
I wish that I could put my hand against her jaw line
And then watch my fingers move past her ear
Dissapearing into smooth dark hair
I could solve everything if I could just gather the nerve
I could kill you in your cheap fur coat
And then give you to the dogs
And with enough karosene
I could erase the skin from your bones
Or the scars from your body
She could blur the last viable percent
