In the Apse of the Sanctuary is a 8 ft.
Corpus of Jesus, handcarved in
Tanzania, Africa
hovering on a Cross of Light, signifying the Second Coming.
The four panels represent the four
cardinal directions of creation.
Chapel Scenes at Night
The Altar, Tabernacle pedestal and Pulpit base are solid granite.
The stainless steel furnishings, Sanctuary chairs and pulpit are matching items, featuring the
X P.
To the right of the Sanctuary is the Tabernacle, separated visually by a silver (stainless steel) grill, which features the X P, (symbol for Christus), in the Center.
It matches the copper X P on the
door of the tabernacle.
Behind the Tabernacle is a stained glass window that features the Tree of Jesse, the ancestor of Jesus, father of King David.  In the central area of the window is a crown, indicated the Royal House of King David, and the blossom of the Family tree, Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace.
The Jesus Christ Prince  of Peace Chapel is open daily M-F for prayer quiet time and peace.  All are invited are invited to visit.

The exterior of the Chapel.
The Chapel tower features a carillon
that chimes on the 1/4 hour from noon until 6 p.m,, with music of the liturgical season.
The chapel facade features a stone base which integrates it into the surrounding topography. 
The chapel was designed by
MJS Architects, Parsippany, NJ
and built by
Joseph De Vita Construction, Paterson, NJ.
It is adjacent to gate # 1 of William Paterson University, and is an easy walk or ride from the residences and campus.
Further views of the Chapel
The accent colors are a soft burgandy and silver. The seats are a natural wash wood with cushions that match the chapel colors.
Silver is the metal accent color.
