INSPIRATION... What a wonderful thing - a thing that came only when sought for me until you walked onto the scene. Now... Well, let's just say you are a constant motivation.
VIN, my thanks to you stem from the deepest depths of my heart and they thank you for one thing... FOR JUST BEING YOU! I knew nothing of you when first encountering your remarkable talent in your portrayal of Richard B. Riddick... Escaped convict... Murderer... :-) I'll openly admit that first impressions do fly with me and after watching Pitch Black over a dozen or so times, my wings took on a new life of their own. I HAD to know more, NEEDED to know more. I was so unprepared for what I found. One movie, one single movie, opened up an entirely different world for me and a newfound respect for you. Yes, Multi-Facial was that FASCINATING piece of work. Twenty minutes of REAL LIFE! As an actor you are remarkable but as a writer you are destined for true greatness. I don't have one iota of a doubt about that one. From that script I choose to try something that I would not, in a million years, have believed I could do - I started to write. And since then I haven't stopped - rather it be fan fictions on your movies or originals of my own. I am currently finishing up my first novel and I owe that all to YOU. To merely say you have been an inspiration behind this would be a HUGE understatement so I'll just say...THANK YOU!!!
