"That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind"
-- with those words, on July 16 1969, United States astronaut Neil A. armstrong stepped onto the surface of the moon. Millions of people watched as Neil Armstrong, Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr., and Michael Collins, landed on the moon. America was successful in putting a man on the moon.
But was there ever an actual moon landing? Most of the people of the world think so. Others are not so sure. These handfuls of people think that the voyage to the moon was a fraud. The most radical of which claimed that NASA had faked all the lunar landings - that man in fact never landed on the moon. Look at the evidence and decide for
yourself.
There is only one place this fraud could have occurred and that is within the walls of the most protected government facility: Area 51. Area 51 is the most highly protected spot in America. If someone were to trespass, they could be shot without a reason. Many people believe that this is where the Moon landing really took place. Supposedly, there are several huge hangers on Area 51 that could be large enough to house a movie set. This movie set could be the place where the Moon landing actually took place
.

#1 The most compelling of the evidence that the Moon landing is simulated is the fluttering flag. On the Moon there is no atmosphere and no wind. Yet, as the astronauts plant the American flag, it can be seen fluttering. How can this be if there is no wind? |
| #2 In the background there are no visible stars. If this is outer space are there not billions of stars all around? Where are the stars if this is the moon? |
| #3 As per the fact, the only light on the moon - and the only light source used by NASA - comes from the sun,
but as seen in the pic, the shadow of astronaut and that of the flag are
in opposite directions. In these pictures the shadows of the astronauts and objects on the moon are in different directions.
The shadows can be due to artificial lightening. This piece of evidence strengthens the idea the landing could have been shot on a movie set. |

#4 This shot of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin planting the US flag on the moon's surface was taken by a 16 mm camera mounted on the lunar module. Aldrin's shadow is far longer than Armstrong's. The only light on the moon is the sun, and should not create such unequal shadows. |
| #5 Another piece of evidence is the spot where the Lunar Module landed. This spot should have a crater where the module set down and lifted off because of the rockets used to maneuver the module. In pictures taken by the astronauts, there is no blast crater. This is suspicious because the module uses rockets in order to set down and take off which are pushing with a force strong enough to create a crater. The absence of a blast crater can be connected to the huge hangers
(present at Area51) which may contain huge movie sets. If the hangers are indeed movie sets, then the Lunar Module could be picked up and set down by wires, which would leave no blast crater.
#6 There also appears to be a footprint (G) directly under the module, yet no one walked on this part of the moon before the craft landed. |

| #7 On the left side of the craft, the words, 'United States' (H) are clearly visible, whereas they should be in shadow. Buzz Aldrin himself said that there is no refracted light on the moon, which points to the fact that another source of light was used to take this shot.

#8 The tracks made by the LRV's wheel turn rather oddly at right-angles (S). These tracks could have been caused by studio technicians pushing the buggy into place. Moreover there are clear footprints which are not possible as the gravitaional force on the moon is just 1/6th of that on earth, thus reducing the weight of the person. Such clear tracks and footprints also require moisture to form and should not appear on the dry lunar surface. #9 The foreground shows what looks like the letter 'C' on a boulder (R). Is this perhaps an identification letter left on a studio prop? The letter C on the original photo is actually quite well defined and it is hard to imagine what can cause such a well-laid inscription on a boulder in a desolate place such as the moon. |

#10 NASA claims the strange shape (E) - in this shot taken from the Lunar Module while it was 95 km above the moon's surface - is a shadow cast by the Command Module's rocket. But when larger aircraft fly at lower altitudes over the Earth, they do not cast such huge and defined shadows. |
| #11 As Alan Bean holds up a Special Environmental Sample Container, the top of his head is clearly in view. But the camera taking the shot was fixed on Charles Conrad's chest, and the ground here seems to be level, so the top of the helmet (L) should not be in the photo. Shadows visible in Al Bean's visor should not be in the photo. Shadows visible in Al Bean's visor (M) go off in various directions, not in straight parallel lines, as expected, suggesting that there is more than one light source. The container Bean is holding (N) is brightly lit at the bottom, yet it is facing away from the light. This may be due to the light reflected from Bean's suit on to the container, but the rest of the container is not so brightly lit. | ![]() |

Another suspicious aspect of the pictures is how the astronauts were able to take the pictures
themselves. The astronaut’s suits are big and bulky with no way to maneuver the neck of the flight suit. If an astronaut wanted to look in a different direction, he/she would have to turn in the desired direction. Also, the suits would not allow the astronauts to look down at the cameras, which were anchored to their chests. Yet the pictures taken of the Moon are beautiful pictures that are clean cut and precise. How could the astronauts see to take the pictures, let alone take good pictures? Some people think that NASA took the pictures on the Earth and made them look like the moon.
#13 This could be accomplished by making the Earth look like the moon. In photographs taken of Area 51, there appear to be large craters. Craters that, when superimposed over the craters that are on the moon, match almost perfectly. In addition, pictures contain similar backgrounds. The background of one picture, when placed onto another, show that the backgrounds are the same, even though the pictures were supposedly taken at different locations on the Moon’s surface. #14 Another aspect of the moon landing is gravity. The videos shot on the moon show the astronauts bouncing along at a slow speed. But when the video is sped up to twice the original speed, the astronauts appear to be running exactly as they would on Earth. Coincidence? Perhaps, but some people think that the video was shot at Area 51, which was made to look like the moon, then was played while the Moon landing was supposedly going on. #15 The most deadly of the piece of information is the Van Allen radiation belt that runs around the Earth. The levels of radiation are minimal in the Earth’s orbit, but further out the belt becomes increasingly hazardous to the human body (http://www.thule.org/moon.html). The only way to shield the astronauts would be to increase the width of the shuttle wall to almost two meters thick. As seen by the public, the Lunar Module’s protective wall was almost as thin as aluminum. This would never have protected the astronauts from the deadly radiation. Thus, the radiation makes it nearly impossible to travel to the moon. |
Certain aspects of the shots - the highlighted flags, the Lunar Modules without craters, the abnormally distinct tyre tracks and the footprints - are difficult to explain away completely. But perhaps the most intriguing question is why the photographs may have been faked, regardless of whether or not Man actually did land on the moon.
