"Primo"Robby Mireno made his professional wrestling debut on August,13,1999 against Z-Barr.This native of South Palermo,Sicily stands 5'11 and claims to weigh in at a street value of $31 million.In 1999 Primo began wrestling for Combat Zone Wrestling,teaming with Johnny Kashmere, though the team were heels, they were still voted 1999's Tag Team of the Year by the CZW fans. The year 2000 proved to be both successful and wrenching for Robby.On January 14th during a NWA New Millenium Cruiserweight title match, Robby was injured performing a senton to the outside, and received 26 stitches in his forehead as well as major head trauma.In his first match back from his injury though, he went on to win the CZW tag team titles along with Johnny Kashmere.After losing the titles Mireno,narcissistic as ever, went on to wrestle for various local independant organizations accompanied by his personal stylists Francois and Georgio. While the characters and the new persona were successful, Mireno received a serious neck injury en route to defeating Billy Reil.Though he was now incapable of wrestling,CZW was gracious enough to still provide Robby with a spot in the company as the Executive Vice President. In February of 2001, after Zandig returned actively as the head of CZW , Mireno took time off to pursue an acting career.During his time away he completed the independant film , "Where's Mickey", playing the young hot headed mafioso "Bobby Romance".In June 2001, Mireno returned to CZW as the back stage reporter, for CZW Fake You TV. His interviews have both been used to help estabalish story lines in the company as well as add levity to the rapidly expanding show. Now in 2002 , after over 18 months out of action , Mireno has finally completely rehabbed his neck. Though he is completely happy in his current role in CZW, Mireno would like to return strictly for the love of the sport.
