| Hey, I just noticed that the cornerstone on the gazebo reads 1937. Looks like I was wrong about the people in the depression not having any money. It's now about two minutes to eight and the band has slowly started to assemble, so I'm going to put this away and listen to them for awhile. 8:20ish pm Ok, that was just a little bit too much for me... they played a few songs in disjointed harmony. teague isn't here, so I decided to leave. I feel kinda bad seeing as I'm in the front row and stuff, but what really makes things worse is that I just spilled chocolate milk all over myself... so I'm leaving now... 8:30ish pm Stopped back at Taylor's house, he finally showed up. They invited me to stay the night and go swimming, but I gracefully declined. Now I'm finally headed back to Springfield. 8:56 pm A fox ran out in front of my car, luckily I was able to slam on my breaks and I didn't hit it. 9:05 pm Hey, I saw a deer not more than five feet from the side of the road. Luckly he didn't try to cross in front of my car. 10:15 pm I'm finally back in springfield! What a day, I'm exhausted, but I had tons of fun. I'vve managed to log over 560 miles on my car since I left this mroning less than 250 of it was on the standard 4 lane divided highway. [End of entry] |
