Ken Davis, Director
Mr. Davis is a graduate of Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and the University of South Carolina in Columbia. While at USC, Mr. Davis performed with the USC Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Left Bank Jazz Band, and served as chapter and district president of Kappa Kappa Psi Band Fraternity. Mr. Davis has been teaching band for 15 years, 5 years at Mooresville High.
Felicia Davis,
Assistant Director
Mrs. Davis is a graduate of West Oak High School in Westminster, South Carolina, and Winthrop University in Rock Hill. While attending Winthrop, Mrs. Davis performed with the Symphonic Band, Rock Hill Chamber Orchestra, Winthrop Dance Theater, and was a member of Delta Omicron Music Fraternity. Mrs. Davis is the director of the Mooresville Middle School Bands and the MHS Blue Diamonds Colorguard. Mrs. Davis has been teaching band for 11 years, 4 years at Mooresville Middle.
Ian Faires,
Assistant Director
Mr. Faires is a graduate of Garinger High School in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Appalachian State University in Boone. While attending ASU, Mr Faires performed with the Marching Mountaineers, Wind Ensemble, Steely Pan Steel Band, principle percussionist with the Symphony Orchestra, and was a member of Kappa Kappa Psi Band Fraternity. Mr. Faires teaches general music and 6th grade band at Mooresville Intermediate School.
