HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY.  Ah, I must admit that it isn't a very happy one.  *Scoffs*  LIke it ever is.  Usually on a holiday such as this one, one would be expected to be at the beach or doing fireworks or something.  But no, I'm sitting at home on my computer like a loser!  I must admit that I did something worthwhile.  I finished HARRY POTTER and the ORDER of the PHOENIX!  Hehe...it is such a great book.  I promise.  Not the best one in the series...but even so, it's excellent.  I'd start giving out details but I really don't want to ruin it for anyone who wants to read it.  Yaddya yaddya...now I need another book to read.  Anyone have any good suggestions?  Anyhow...now I can start studying for the SATS once again.  I need to be really serious about it this time...*sighs*  I'm never going to get into college.  BLAH.  I'm going to go eat.  Be Back Later.

Today was more or less interesting.   I woke up almost sweating...and I suddenly remembered that I didn't have my top retainer on.  I was going crazy...I remember that I had taken it out of my mouth because it was hurting my gums...and I left it on my bed when I was talking to Jimmy.  I guess I fell asleep and forgot to put it back in my mouth.  Yeah, so I woke up...going crazy because I couldn't find it.  It's a serious matter, you know...those things are expensive.  Anyhow, blah blah...I was almost in tears because I really thought someone had come in at night and stolen them from me and everything....I was going nuts.  It wasn't until I gave up that I found them.  I was reading Harry Potter and holding my pillow...and I felt something hard in my pillowcase...it was my retainer!  Man...I started laughing for a lunatic for about ten minutes.  Yeah, I felt like a real idiot.  From now on, I'm keeping my retainer in my mouth.  That's a good idea, dontcha think?

I also went to the beach today.  It wasn't that fun.  I was laying on the sand reading most of the time.  I really don't like the water...it kind of scares me.  I've had bad experiences.  Afterwards, I went up to the pier to go fishing with my dad.  That was more fun than sitting around.  I caught like five fish!  Hehe.  Go me!  Lyan thinks I'm a fish murderer...haha...that's only because SHE didn't catch me.  What can I say.  I've got skills.  That, or I'm pretty lucky.

Yeah...so I'm just sitting here now....we changed our internet provider to earthlink so everyone in the house can be online at the same time.  Great.  My sisters are going to turn into computer zombies.  But yeah...I should probably get started on some of my math homework.  I have class tomorrow.
