Not nessacerily casual. Theme Music- I Got Cha by Queen Pen. Entrance-The arena turns black. Blue and white lights start to flicker as a giant diamond starts spinning on the titantron. The audience quiets as the words " I GOT CHA!" blares out. Blue pyro shoot all around the entrance way and I Got cha by Queen Pen starts playing. An explosion happens and Diamond comes walking out in her ring attire or out of ring attire. She walks out onto the stage and poses by placing her hands in the air like Chyna. She then walks to the ring waving at the fans and such. She slides in the ring and while on her chest, she stares at the fans. | Diamond, real name Beyonce' Helen Boudoir, has experienced more in her 24 years than most her age. For one, she is one of very few african american women in the wrestling circuit today and also has other talents, one which she points out to be is singing. She even started her own singing group back in high school before she had decided to become a wrestler. But the story of Diamond goes much deeper than just that. Diamond was born on October 1st, 1976 by Brenden and Minnie Boudoir. She was raised along with her two older brother's, Marvin and Chadrick in a suburban area outside of St. Louis, MS. Diamond was considered to be and even herself claims to be african american but actually is a mix of Native American and African American. During her early years, Diamond was like the average little girls but she was really active. Her parents thought nothing of it however, just thought she alot more active than most children. That was until she hit middle school. Beyonce' had no problem with the girl activities but thought they were too easy on the body. Beyonce was just like any other normal girl in school but when she told her friends that she was going to quit cheerleading and join the wrestling team, her friends stayed by her side but the guys really antagonised her. Not because she was always losing, she had a hidden pot belly as well. She was called many names and on occasion, she even cried over it. But, there was always an angel by her side. By her 8th grade year, her crush since 5th grade, joined the wrestling team as well. He saw the way the other guys treated her and decided to help her. He approcahed Beyonce' after a wrestling match, that of course, she lost, and he decided to start with her in the weight room. At first, Diamond thought he was trying to play a joke on her , but she finally saw that he was no joke after a while. She enjoyed the weight triaining very much and even out-lifted some males in the weight room. She still, however, kept a very feminine shape and by her freshman year inhigh, she not only had her crush in her very grasp, but also every male in her high school. Of course, this made the other females jealous which caused Beyonce' to get into many fights which she now, always won. But, to make a change, Diamond quit the wrestling thing and went back to cheerleading. By her sophmore year, she was the head cheerleader. During this time, Beyonce' dicovered another talent she had. Singing. She along with her friends Kelly and Michelle decided to start a group. Although they had a mezmorizing sound, personal things began to arise and by only their senior year in high school, they broke apart. Not only did they break apart but so did Beyonce' and Blair, the guy who helped her in weight training. One night, while studying for finals, Beyonce caught a wrestling show on TV. Although she never had given professional wrestling much thought before in the past, she now was a major fan. She would always catch the shows but by the time she graduated, the realities of life started to kick in. She caught a job as a teacher's assitant for a year while in college to pay for loans and other costs of living. After one semester, she found that she couldn't keep living the way she was and then quit and joined the army for a scholarship. Diamond would have had no problem with the physical training because she was in the best shape she could be in but the gas rooms, and poor living conditions caused her to just go back to school and pay for schooling. Beyonce studied hard in college to become a physical education teacher. As you can see she loves kids. She got her degree at 21 and went on to a neigborhood school in her hometown of St. Louis. But the very negative attitudes of the students caused her to hate children and she quit the job only 6 months later. She went jobless for a while until her calling finally came. Diamond was working in a local Wal Mart went she heard on the radio of a wrestling school in Texas. She went to her brother Chadrick and told him that she wanted to be a professional wrestler. He thought of it as a joke at first until she confronted her parents with the news. Of course they disapproved but she did it anyway. She packed her bags and headed off to Texas. She joined a training facility for XCW (Xtreme Championship Wrestling) and learned the basics of even stepping into the ring. She really impressed the trainers with her easy ways of learning the skills and instantly, the XCW offered her a contract. She accepted it but she was only a valet at first. Until she met the one and only Rey Mysterio. She never dated him but she did learn all her highflying moves from him. She quit the valet gimmick and went right to in ring wrestler. She defeated many of the XCW's women and in August of 2000, she fought Veronica Vaughn for the XCW Women's Championship. She lost the match due to Veronica cheating. She never received another title match until November of 2000 from her already arch rival, Britney Spears Jarrett. She won the title from her when she defeated both her and Christina for the XCW Women's Championship. During her time, she gave anyone who wanted a title shot a shot but had to renounce the title due to her marriage to the man she had been dating since she had went to Texas. They got married and got a home in Washington,DC. She then returned to XCW in March of 2001. She kept an undeafted record until she had to take on it' own Commishioner Chris. She fought hard but lost the match after being placed in his ankle lock. But, she did win the XCW Women's Championship once again from her same rival Britney, only this time she won it within one month of returning. She then kept the title for 2 months before Britney won it off of her once again. Now that XCW had new managment that she hated, she quit XCW and joined CWF for a small run. She was never satisfied with their competition and left after only 4 weeks. She along with her husband, Barbwire, went on to look for a job. They then found their calling in OWF. For the first couple of months, everything was fine but by late June, the flicker, turned to a flame when Diamond and Barbwire split because of the interference of Prez Lou in their relationship. She then joined Prez Lou and even helped him win his match against her former husband, Barbwire. But then came the rivalry between Prez Lou and Reeshi. She found herself in the middle of all the drama although she had nothing to do with it. She was even upducted by Reeshi and held hostage for bait for Prez Lou. This put a major dent in Prez Lou and Diamond's relationship. Now, you can see Diamond still by Prez Lou's side but she still has an itch to leave him as you can tell. And you can believe that there in no need for a man with this independent woman! |
