record & monitor temperature every 6 hours.

take paracetamol/ace tablets only.

stay within mosquito net from Day 1 to Day 7 of fever.

watch carefully all body surface for rash.

count 72 hours (critical period) from the moment fever goes.

Do
take & monitor blood platelet counts every 12 hours from Day 3 of
fever.

Do
move to hospital when platelet count <100.000.

Do
take lots of fluid (water, juice, orsaline) during the critical 72
hours.

Do
keep enough orsaline packets while travelling to Dhaka for treatment.

Do
take & record antibody test for dengue virus twice in Day 3 &
Day 14.from fever.

Do
identify 10-20 blood donors with positive blood screen test & keep
them stand by from Day 1 of hospitalisation.

Do
take platelet transfusion when count <50.000.
