Race: Half-Elf
Appearance: Rather short for an Elf at a height of merely 5'5", but possesses the Eflin slenderness nonetheless. She keeps her deep auburn hair rather short, just below the shoulder line. Her eyes are a brilliant and eminating shade of hazel, but they are weary from seeing far too much in more lifetimes than one can know, though she looks to be perhaps seventeen as human years go. She keeps her right hand gloved in leather with her fingers uncovered, and on the right arm wears merely a leather wristbrace embroidered with ancient symbols unrecognizable to all but herself. On her left shoulder is a small but visible scar just slightly darker than her very fair tone. She has a small tatoo on her left hip in the same symbol that is embroided into her wristbrace. She normally dorns rather warrior-like garments, that is to say, a red leather bodice and rather flexible blue skirt that falls to her knees. Leather boots cover her legs to just below the knee.
Weapons: Cross bow and sword, each which some significant value to her. The crossbow is the last thing left of her human late-brother who was in question destroyed by the evil DaHaK some centuries ago. The value of the sword to her is still yet unknown.
Magic/Powers: Varied. She's knowledgable of many summons picked up over her years, and can sense changes in the world's auras.
Biography: A very powerful ally when she chooses to be, Sami is the keeper of one half of the Orb of Order, where the other half is, she doesn't know as it belonged to her late brother and seemingly disappeared after his death. Not much is known about her past, she tends to keep it to herself. Known details are that she was a free-for-hire asssassin, whose brother was murdered centuries ago by whom she thinks was DaHaK. She fell into shambles after the death of her brother, and then upon entering the war somehow found sustenance with the forces against DaHaK. Sometime in, she was reunited with an old friend, Dark, and some old romance was resparked during the months of resistance. After DaHaK fell pretty much docile, her and Dark split from the rest of the group together, (what they did in that time is unknown to all but themselves). During this time, Dark was murdered, pushed off a cliff it seems by whom she believes to have something to do with DaHaK's evil forces. She then met up with PD and those two soon found themselves with the old sex machine, Lee Chaolan. She now seeks to know who is responsible for the deaths of the only two people she'd ever cared for, and figures that she might as well save the world from this new evil, Hayate, along the way.
...or does she? Her intentions are still yet quite unknown.
So what is with the sudden change in both name and appearance? Does Nate have an opinion on this?
Well, I believe Makaino Sami was most likely just a name that those that would want to hire her as an assassine would contact her by. Most likely she wouldn't want her actual name to be known, since she probably has many enemies. Saemaruil most be, of course, her real name. As for the change in appearance, looking three years older, that is probably a result of losing her love, Dark, and also losing her care-free life style. You know, the one known back in the day when the two would get high and jump on corpses and stuff. As more is revealed about her, she becomes more open to others, and the lone wolf seems to be fill the void left by Dark with a group who want DaHaK to be rid of. Atleast, that's what I think.
