I really enjoyed that short series.The dub is not that bad. (One of the va's is Lisa ortz so some may not like it for that. not all ppl like her i guess). Signal's transformations are cute but there are not enough to satify a person who enjoys a high daily dose of cuteness. If you like fun, fights, and super deformed then this is for you. Any dbz fan should give it a try.The 3 episodes in the series go over the fight with signal's "older brother" Pulse. They are both androids and signal should be the stronger model because he is newer,but Pulse was given some upgrades... It also has lost of Chris, who wishes to make a super strong robot to take care of Pulse. The sd used in this show may not be what you expect. It's more like the sd used on some ufo that are out there. The themes to the show are just as good. The only problem is that only a small part was animated. It continues in the manga. The opening itself shows many more charactors that are included in the anime.
