| Nameless (pg-13 material) The sun has fallen--evening's come A nameless face skips home And as it passes down the street It whistles, all alone Shadows don't cause a fault in step The feet make good of time But, something catches it unawares No one reports the crime The sun is up, they can't go home No one is there to care With no family to call their own Their case is none too rare A passerby notes the heap All crumpled and contorted Finally, he calls for help And now the crime's reported Screeching and red glowing lights Yellow lines surround And someone; a nameless face Lies motionless on the ground A body, that's all it is With nothing in which to hide No shirt, no pants, no coat, no blouse It lies bare upon its side And as horrific as this vision is So too is this fact: That someone else found pleasure in This heartless, sick attack |
