| Despite the banning of Auxiliaries and Sweetheart organizations within the nationally recognized Fraternities and Sororities by the National Pan-Hellenic Council in 1989. Many Angel related groups took control over their own organizations and created different names including: Alpha Angels, Alpha Hearts, Alpha Angel, Incorporated, Alpha Sweethearts L.B.G.'s, Ladies of Black and Gold, Angel Social Club, Sisters of Black and Gold, Ladies of A-heart, Golden Roses, Golden Hearts, Alpha Roses, Yellow Roses, Ladies of the Yellow Rose, Angels Association,& Egyptian Queens (Just to name a few). Even though we may have different names we still serve the same purpose of our past members and will continue to keep the light burning. |
