| Bulldogs (also known as English Bulldogs) are great dogs! They make wonderful companions and great pets. They love to play and love to sleep. If you are someone who wants a dog to be part of the family and have the unique look of a bully, this may be your breed. They come in many various colors including red brindle, fawn brindle, blue brindle, red, fawn, white, piebald, and any of the preceeding and white. They can also have white and/or black markings. It is very possible to find your perfect bully! The Bulldog Standard: Males 50lbs Females 40 lbs. As the breed develops they are commonly showing to be slightly more. Unfortunately, they are not for everybody. The bulldog is an INDOOR dog that requires some care. They require love and attention. They can bring you much happiness... which they want in return. Many people hesitate when they hear they must keep the folds and wrinkles clean. Don't worry... it's easy! Depending on the dog, you must clean them about every week. (maybe more, maybe less) It really only takes about 30 seconds! Take a DRY cotton ball and wipe any debre or moisture from inside the creases and ears. This prevents irritation and infection. For this reason, it is important to keep their faces and tails as dry as possible. They do snore and snort. They do not neccessarily have berathing problems, it's just that they breathe differently. They have a different nasal chamber, as all snoutless dogs do, than dogs with snouts. They prefer to be kept cool. Be cautious in warm weather. They are prone to over-heat. It's best that they stay inside with the airconditioner. Like any animal, they can develop health concerns. If you give your bulldog the attention, care, and love it derserves and needs, these concerns should be minimal. Keep your bully cool, comfortable, and dry!
