| BE kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harde battle.... Plato For some people..life is grand and consists of many happiness and many meaningful friendships. Although, as many know, this is usually not the case. Throught out most of our lives we feel some degree of lonliness.....some degree of isolation..... But you and I are not alone. When we were young..it was so easy.....just go to the park.. you made friends..any smiling face was a potential friend.. Back then everyone was not judgmental..what you looked like, what you had, what you wore had no effect on people.. This is was the good old days. Then came adolesence... Thats when It begins....looks and material things become important...jealousy rears it's ugly head..and you feel the need to fit in. This is when meaningful friendships have a chance to begin...and later in life to blossom. As you get older..it becomes much harder...harder to go out to places where you could meet people to. So if you have good friends..hold on to them. AS well all know..there are fallouts.. fights..dissagreements. But true friends always come back and want to work things out..If this isn't tried..it wasn't worth your time in the first place. There will always be disagreements between friends... But agree to disagree..they're different....Is that not why you liked them in the first place..? There are "friends" that are just come around when they want something.... There are "friends" who call you constantly with their problems..not willing to listen to your.. There are those that think they gave you the world..and you owe them.. One's that are only calling you to go out... One's that borrow clothes and NEVER return them..(it's in the laundry) But There are the few..that stand out.. that comfort you when your crying... that stand by you, when everyone else turns their backs.. That even when you have spoken to them in months or years..when called continue conversations like time had not passed.. May not agree with you..but can see what your saying.... THOSE ARE REAL FRIENDS |
