Read the following passage from the beginning of Lewis Carroll's Alice In Wonderland.
Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading.
1. Choose any of the first twelve words and place your finger on it.

2. Starting with the next word, spell your chosen word, touching one word at a time for each letter.  (Example:  If your word is "was" you tap the word "beginning" for the "w", "to" for the "a", and finally "get" for the "s".)

3.  You will have landed on a new word.  (Example:  If you word was "get" your new word is "of".)

4.  Repeat the first three steps for a new word and continue in this manner untill you can't go any further without running off the paragraph.
