Ferdinand assassination-Pretend a president is assasinated by a foreign assasin. would you blame the country from which the assasin came? Would you want both assasin and homeland punished?
I think that the person just has to get blamed because its not the countries fault that the person who assassinated the president isn�t well in the head. He wants to make a point that his county isn�t making so how that is the countries fault. Unless the county hires the guy to freak out and take do the president then is there fault but cmon I mean how does the county even know what all its people are doing. Its impossble for the country to control all of its people it just is the stupidest people that uin thingsfor there country. People after the assasinantion might question the countries orders and all that,
