Creatine Good or Bad?

There are pros and cons for taking Creatine. The first argument is that Creatine isn�t a steroid supplement. It isn�t, it just acts like on. I ahs the same affect on you as a steroid, but without all the hash side effects. Well, there awe so people that have died because of an overdose of Creatine like 4 college kids that overdosed. There is also risk with diabetics. Creatine can make them have a kidney stone, kidney failure, and it can make your muscles stop absorbing water because it absorbs too much because of the chemical equation. The ATP in the Creatine makes water with the Creatine quickly replaces Tap�s spent phosphate group Creatine accomplishes this by taking a phosphate group of its own to become per. It is this phosphate group that PCr later donates to ADP to recreate ATP. The end result is that ATP is recharged to power muscular activity with the help of PCr.
This is an argument is that if our body does this anyway and we are just speeding it up isn�t it safe. I would think it is but there have been fatalities when taking this. If you take to much you might strain your system.
When you take too much of anything your body will not like it and it will tee to expel the waste caused by whatever you overdoes on. If you overdose on Creatine it will hut your body. This is easy because people think Creatine woks so well they keep taking it and making themselves ingest more. Eventually over it me they forget how much they are SUPPOSED to take instead of what they THINK they are going to take. This is bad in two ways. It is unhealthy to your body that you are taking too much of something you can�t handle. Second, this is an easy way to get addicted to something. When you take this to much it is easy to get addicted.
This is typically a steroid because eat doesn�t have the same components. It is basically a diluted steroid that is ok for you. There aren�t any bad things that really have happened to a lager amount of people. So in this case I would say that actually, Creatine is legal and it should keep being legal. Now the saying that Creatine is unfair in sports, I can age with that. A lot of people don�t take Creatine and I think the people that take Creating are having a better chance on making it big instead of the kids that are playing it if. But, if there is a way you can make it with supplements that are legal I say go for it.
