We will handle all types of insurance claims electronically and will provide you with reports of verifications, audits and aging. We process the billing to the HMO and we fight to get payments soon and in an efficient way.

We will contact the patients in case of any extra information needed from them. The post office and long distance phone calls expenses will not be charged to you.

As soon as we take over your billing's service you will find a big difference: you will find far less errors and rejections and improved cash flow and less paper work, we will keep your billing up to date at all times and we will be always ready to answer any questions you may have regarding your billing, processing codes, diagnosis codes and claims filling. We will visit you weekly to get the information necessary to proceed with our billing. There is no contract filled out between us, since we work by service agreement only. We will provide you with computerized reports of every operation we do and all the resulting payments will go directly to your office.
