| Practice and Performances |
| Practices are every Wednesday, Thurday, and Friday from 1630 to 1730. ALL CADETS ON COLOR GUARD will attend practices, unless they have a decent excuse to miss. A cadet who cannot attend a color guard practice must write a letter to the CGCO explaining why they cannot attend. |
| There are no official orders on this page. This page is only for reference. All cadets are responsible for personally checking the orders posted on the wall in the ROTC room. Any mistakes on this page does not excuse you from the performance. |
| ALL ORDERS NEED TO BE SIGNED REGARDLESS OF WEATHER OR NOT YOU CAN ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE. IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND A PERFORMANCE, WRITE A LETTER TO C/SMSgt RICKY QUINTANAR EXPLAINING YOUR REASONS FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTEND. TURN IN THESE LETTERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT WILL NEED TO BE FOUND. ONLY THE SERIOUS EXCUSES WILL BE CONSIDERED, I.E. FAMILY EMERGENCY, DOCTOR APPOINTMENT, PERSONAL PROBLEMS(TO BE DETERMINED BY SASI AND ASI). EXCUSES LIKE NO UNIFORM OR NO TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT BE TOLORATED EXCEPT IN THE MOST SERIOUS OF CASES. |
