Paternity & Child Support
Paternity & Child Support
The number of cases of children of unmarried parents (paternity cases) continually rises.  For a variety of reasons, many people choose not to marry the other parent of their child.  The rights and obligations of each parent fall into the category of family law.  We deal with these sensitive issues on a daily basis, both from the Mothers perspective and the Fathers.

In general, the issues of custody, child support and visitation are the same as if the parties were married under the law.  The parents however, do not have any obligation or rights as to each others assets, debts or maintenance.
