This pondering came to me while, well, TMI, I guess. Just talking to myself and pondered this thought, and, as usual, my ponderings become Spence's ponderings if I'm smart enough to write them down. With my run in the paper starting back up, I wanted to re-introduce the supporting players in one-parters before the stories began. |

Angi's re-intro. Pretty much outlines her personality and hopefully better separates her's from Cass's in that, while both cynical, Cass is a caring individual while Ang is more of the heartless dominatrix. Hmmm.... |

And Marisol's re-intro. I really like how Cass came out in panel 2 especially, but the more I read Marisol's ending comment the less I like it and the less it works toward her out-there, goth yet sweet nurturing side. People are warming up to her though. |

First of a 6-parter! Part 6 was to be a stand-alone joke but everyone thought it was missing something so I had to go back and explain it, and go back, and go back, and go....etc. Anyway, it gave me 2 weeks of strips and more background on Angi (FYI, she fixes Cass up so she doens't have to think about why she herself is single). The "ishirt" is popular, and I like the panel 2 remembrance border. |

Thought this would help illustrate that Cass is still nice, even if jaded in general. She knew it was a set-up and still went. And it shows a little humility in Angi. Maybe that's not a good move? Should she be more "Yeah, it's a set-up. I lied. So?" |
